24-Month Care Warranty

We want you to feel confident in every Fjord piece you wear. That’s why all of our jewelry is backed by a 24-month Care warranty from the date of purchase.

What We Cover:

Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship — including faulty clasps, broken chains due to structural issues, or loose stones upon arrival. If your piece doesn't meet our quality standards, we’ll repair or replace it, or offer store credit if it's no longer available.

What’s Not Covered:

We design our jewelry to be worn and loved, but some things fall outside of our warranty:

  • Lost items
  • Normal wear and tear — including scratches, tarnishing, or fading of metals and gemstones over time
  • Damage caused by improper care, such as exposure to chemicals, water, excessive force, or abrasive cleaning
  • Any modifications or repairs performed by a third party outside of Fjord Jewelry
