Refund policy

At Fjord Jewelry, your satisfaction is our priority. Customers may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition and free from any damage.
• All original packaging, including the box and pouch, must be included with the return.
• Complete sets must be returned in full; individual components of a set are not eligible for separate returns.
• Returns should be shipped by mail.

 

Return Shipping Fees:

• Canada: Return shipping is free.
• United States: A return shipping fee of USD 10 applies.
• Europe: A return shipping fee of USD 20 applies.
• Rest of the World: A return shipping fee of USD 30 applies.

 

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your returned package. Please note that for returns from outside Canada, the applicable return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

 

Fjord Jewelry eGift Card Return Policy

All Fjord Jewelry E-Gift Cards are final sale and non-refundable.

Once purchased, E-Gift Cards cannot be returned, exchanged for cash, or reissued if lost or stolen. Promo codes and discounts do not apply to E-Gift Card purchases.

E-Gift Cards never expire and can be used exclusively at fjord-jewelry.com toward any product.
